''Issue Publish'' & ''Plugin'' button Loading forever/ change default homepage

Hi,
Recently i installed OJS system. But after creating a issue, When attempted to publish, it loads forever, tried from different PC’s, Different Browsers and IP addresses. But Still ’ Issue Publish is loading’.
Also ‘Installed Plugin’ also loads forever, but does not show anything.

Another concern is, How to change default home page to xxxxxxx.com, rather than xxxxx.com/index.php/home/ that becomes default after installation.

Can you check your PHP error log for details?

Take a look at Base URL override settings in config.inc.php file.
