Since the upgrade to 3.1.2.1, the preview of issue on is accessible to those who are logged in to OJS. But if you want to use the link of the unpublished article to be viewed by those who are not logged in, it redirects to the login page.
Please, how to fix this so that users can see the future issue articles without being logged in?
