ISSUE: Network Status: The PKP PLN does not know about this journal yet

Hello Dear OJS management I am facing an issue while connecting pkp plugin to our journals. It showing me error Network Status: The PKP PLN does not know about this journal yet. While this error is only for our 2 journals and remaining 2 are ok. All four journals are on similar OJS I checked ISSN its fine
Here are the url of 2 journals having issue to connect with pkp

  2. https://gassjournals.com/index.php/GJVAS/index
    While our 3 journals are on different OJS and I am facing same issue for them too
  3. https://globaltrendsst.com/index.php/GTST/index
  4. https://gjeac.com/index.php/GJEAIC
  5. https://gjcsai.com/index.php/gjcsa
    Please help me if any one can do that.

Hi @Abdul_Samad,

How long ago did you enable the PN plugin for these journals? This is a common error that new journals encounter when first enabling it: https://docs.pkp.sfu.ca/pkp-pn/en/#the-plugin-status-continues-to-display-network-status-the-pkp-pln-does-not-know-about-this-journal-yet-and-no-issues-are-listed-under-deposits

If it persists, it may be that cron is not configured properly.
