We need to have a list of frequency asked questions in our site. Have you written any plugin before or some similar static plugin?

A dynamic page might be build in many ways, it depends on what you need, but you will rely on a developer to do so.
Neverthless, for a FAQ page this plugin it is enough,'cause it allows you create and edit a page as you need or wish.

Can this plugin work in multi-journal ojs 3.0.2 installations?

Hi, it works as others plugins, you enable it to each journal you host and add pages to each one of them separately.
