Is OCS still secure? Or: how can I migrate OCS to OJS?

Hi,

I have an OCS 2.3.6.0 instance running, and I have to migrate it to another server. Now I realize that this version - the latest - is 6 years old. Is it still safe to maintain this software on my server?

Since 99% of the use of this OCS instance is related to paper management, I imagine that the best option is to migrate everything to OJS.

Is this possible?
