Is it possible to roll back steps in the OJS Editing process?

Hello,

Is it possible for Editors/Journal Managers to roll back steps during the Editing process? Going back from Step 3 to Step 2 of the Copyediting process, for instance. I know it’s possible to re-upload a file to any of the three steps, but I was wondering if there’s a way to actually undo future steps altogether.

Hi @Manoel_Salles,

Short of going to the database, no. I’d suggest communicating with those involved via email and using the “Notes” feature (see History) to keep track of what happened for the sake of records.
