I’m somewhat surprised that there is no option to enable this.
Is it possible to let author read comments/review from reviewers?
Sometimes the author can really benefit from the reviewers’ comments.

What OJS version are you using?
In OJS 3.0.2, when sending the submission to copyediting (button “Send to Copyediting”), you would inform the author(s) and there is also the possibility “Add Reviews to Email” and to attach the reviewer’s file.

When you are sending a mail to authors about the editorial decision, there should be a button just below the box where you write the email as “include comments in email” or something like that. I hope that will copy the comments from the reviewers “comment to author and editor” into the mail.
