Is it feasible to export/import all website/journal settings?

We just did a upgrade test to 3.3.0. After a long time using custom themes for OMP and OJS we are deprecating those and are currently exploring the options provided by the default template on a test server.

We are using OJS in multi-journal mode, with 20+ journals. While adding images/styles/colour schemes etc. on the test machine I was wondering: Can I export all those changes to the visual appearance? It would be nice to be able to import those changes to our live server once we are done - instead of setting everything up by hand once more.

We want to avoid to create a custom (child) theme. I wanted to export the settings you can edit in the admin interface directly without rolling your own theme.
