Hello! I recently upgraded from OJS 3.3.0-21 to OJS 3.4.0-10 and am receiving the error “Invalid IP range” when trying to save a multi-line list of IP addresses for an institution.
I thought maybe the issue may be related to using Windows server 2016 to host OJS, but copy pasting different carriage return formats from Notepad++ didn’t work. I have also tried clearing template and data caches in OJS administration.
If it matters I am also using PHP 8.3
Range should have the - in between the IP address and make sure to get the IP from the institute it, they use a range or different IP addresses so get it from them.
I had a single IP list to eliminate possible formatting issues, but I double checked a few versions of IP ranges. Perhaps there is an issue with my test cases, so I will provide them below (one with spaces around the dash and one without):
If I eliminate the second line and just have one IP range it saves without making an error.
