Internal Server Error while upgrading the OJS 3.0.1 to OJS 3.0.2

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

I have been using OJS system since the year 2011. And. I have always been upgrading on the new version. But, Now while upgrading the OJS 3.0.1 to OJS 3.0.2 I got the following internal server error. I didn’t found anything on the log error file also.
Please help me what is the solution for such kinds of problem.

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at webmaster@mywebsite.com to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Hi @sureshrijal,

A 500 error should always result in something being logged in the log files – you may have separate log files e.g. for your web server (typically Apache) and PHP, so make sure you look for both.
