There is a plugin that needs to be installed.
In Open Journal Systems 3.3.0.4 I can’t find where to install the plug-in from my computer.
How can this be done?

You should install plugins from the plugin gallery in OJS: Website Settings
You can install plugins via uploading them - but installing them via the plugin gallery is the preferred method.
Since OJS 3.3 is a new version you should also check to ensure that the plugin that you are using has been tested with OJS3 (a lot of the plugin gallery plugins have been by this point - but you can get a sense of this here: OJS/OMP/OPS 3.3.0 plugin updates · Issue #6691 · pkp/pkp-lib · GitHub)
