Please Help. I cant solve this problem I tried many . didnt find the solution YET installing from Plugin Gallery OJS 3.1.2.1 Localhost XAMPP Windows 10 64x .
I installed 7zip . im installing Cygwin to Winndows … Help please thanks
I tried to install it by downloading last release from github
there are 3 files i downloaded the 1st one unzip it. ojs/plugin/importexport. if that’s not correct please tell me how?
Gallery install ok nothing happen : upadate refresh page message the tar command is not available. Please correctly configure it in your “config.inc.php”.
