Same thing with me. Installation page keeps coming back with filled entries. No error what so ever.
I’m testing the system locally with Linux Mint 19, Tara, mate.
Here is some information from the server:

unfortunately, we left that provider and they turn off our domain there. I cannot make screenshot. We took other provider and everything passed well, without any error.

Can you share a screenshot of the install page which comes back after submitting the form? We can try to find some common theme between these, perhaps in the submitted data.
