Infinite loading/cant upload atachment

hello,
Hello, We have never upgraded OJS 3.3.0.15 journal editors facing the issue:
we have in workflow infinite loading icon with text loading (adding screenshot).

We have issue when reviewer make review and he cant upload atachment. (adding screenshot).

My colleague who know code tell me, problem is on software side.

Hi @tntcko,

For errors such as this one it is best to check your PHP error logs, rather than the console logs, as they tend to provide more clues as to what the issue is.
