is there some way to do the registration of users indicating each of the lectures of an event. Example. The event has 10 lectures. The user subscribes in the event and in addition, can individually subscribes in just 5 lectures

I presume you’re asking about OCS. Have you explored “registration options”? Here you can configure optional elements to be chosen during registration.
