In OCS can an extra Director Decision be added to accept/revisions/decline

We have a hosted version of OCS version 2.3.4.0 on http://ocs.sfu.ca. I can see it is possible to change the labels for the review decisions via ocs/locale/en_US/director.xml. My question is:

  1. can this be customized for our hosted version of OCS?

  2. if so, is it possible to add/edit the list to remove “revisions required” and add “minor revisions required” and “major revisions required”
