Import large number of reviewers

Dear All,

  • Application Version - e.g., OJS 3.1.2.1
  • I would like to import large number of reviewers from a local data base, what is the best way?

If you can convert the export of users from your local database to the OJS user XML format, you can use the Import functionality from within OJS:
https://docs.pkp.sfu.ca/admin-guide/en/data-import-and-export#import-and-export-users

This will take a bit of technical knowledge to properly construct the XML. (See the linked “sample” in the documentation for an example.)
