You didn’t indicate what version you are using (e.g. 3.3.0-10) - please do this in future posts, but if you are using version 3.3, our documentation goes into some detail on how to do this when preparing galleys: https://docs.pkp.sfu.ca/learning-ojs/en/production-publication#galley-file-component-types

Thanks for answering, the version of OJS that I am using is OJS 3.2.1.4
I only want to add complementary galleys as it appears in the image, no option appears while I upload the galleys

Hi @Antony_Aguilar_Ozejo,

You should be able to do this in 3.2 as well. You just have to designate the files as “supplementary files” though: https://docs.pkp.sfu.ca/learning-ojs/3.2/en/production-publication#galley-file-component-types
