I have install OPS but I can not save

I have install OPS. but I can not save any changes and receive the following error:
“An unexpected error occurred. You may have been logged out. Please reload the page and try again”.
Any idea on where can I look for problem?

I am not very sure, but it may ip change issues from the server side. You may try to set IP check option off in the config file around line no 255.

session_check_ip = Off
