I am trying to install OJS system. but when I click the install open journal system button, after I fill in the fields, and the button redirects me to the same page, I can get to the page that should appear after the installation is complete but don’t show any error message.
Do some know what is happening? what can I do to fix this?

Si está redirigiendote a la misma página es porque te falta algún campo por llenar. Revisa eso en detalle.
Si todo está bien y sigue ocurriendo lo mismo por favor intenta explicar de una mejor manera y en detalle lo que está sucediendo. Por ejemplo, bajo que O.S., versión PHP, Base de datos, de igual forma adjunta Screenshots para saber qué es lo que estás haciendo
