I can't see the seach function to my principal page in ojs 3.0.2

the problem is that i want have a search tool on the principal page (i have multi jourla), i see that https://forum.pkp.sfu.ca/t/ojs-3-0-2-journal-search-function/31412?u=andres_martinez

We have just upgraded ti OJS 3.0.2. The ‘Search’ tool (on the front page) only searches for content in the ‘Current’ issue of the journal, rather than all issues.

but i can’t fix it, some one can explain me how i can do?
