During install OJS 3.2 I chose PL i EN Language. Now I need German and Spanish, but I don’t now enable.
Please, help me:)

You can install new locales through Administration → Site Settings → Languages → Install locale button.

The issue hasn’t been resolved yet (the github issue will indicate its status when it’s fixed). There is a work-around in the forum thread linked from the github issue that you can use in the meantime.

That fix will be released with OJS 3.2.0-1, which will be much quicker. If you can’t wait, there are instructions on the link above, but it will require some technical knowledge.
