I access the journal as admin but when I try to enter an article, it does not let me enter and tells me that I do not have permissions

Hi @Patricio_Pantaleo,

Not sure what you mean by enter an article, but I might guess that you mean try to access the submission? It’s likely that you might need to assign yourself additional roles, even though you are the admin. You can do this by going to Users & Roles → searching for your user account, editing the details, and under roles editing to include appropriate roles (e.g. editor) for the relevant area of the workflow that you’re hoping to access. This is for version 3.3. You didn’t indicate what version you are on though (in the future, please include this in the posts, as it is important for others to be able to offer advice), so if it is a different version, please let me know.
