I am facing issue that new user not creating now. Secondly if existing user are submitting the submission it is not saving. Thirdly installed plugins are not loading. Forth when reviewer upload fil, it’s display HTTP ERROR. In all scenarios loading circle rotating but function are not performing.

Additional information
Admin and login site for submission is not working properly. Installed Plugins also not loading. Loading circle is spinning but not loading. New login also not creating and user submission is also not working properly. Please help and guide.
