HTTP ERROR 500 Blank Page

I have installed OJS to www.rootspress.net and I am getting HTTP Error 500 and blank page.

I am copying herewith the error log as;

2017-08-14 11:15:23.350 [INFO] [182.188.121.194:65115] File not found [/home/escijour/public_html/404.shtml]
