I am using OJS 3.0.2 and the articles prepared by LaTeX software and sometimes by MS Word.

You can basically create HTML however you like – with a trade-off between ease of creation and quality. The easiest way to produce HTML from MS Word is to use Word’s “export to HTML” feature; it’s easy, but creates low-quality HTML. A higher-quality approach would be to use Open Typesetting Stack to generate JATS XML, which can either be presented using the Lens Reader plugin for OJS, or transformed into HTML using a third-party tool.
