In OJS 3.3.., the article section type is displayed on the Publication-> Issue page (Section-02.png), but we want it to be displayed on the Submission-> Workflow page as well (section-01.png), how can we do this.

In order to do this, you’d have to modify the software code, which could have some unanticipated consequences for how OJS could work for you. In order to know what code to modify, could you please indicate your specific OJS version # (e.g. 3.3.0-13)?

I would also be interested in this - I don’t see after submission, in the workflow we can see what section the article is headed for. This would impact on our reviewer selection. Or is it there and I just don’t see it?

I hope it’s okay to reply to an old thread. We’re seeing the same need here.
Is there any way to view the section for a submission ?
In OJS 3.4.0.3, we can filter the submission list by section but can’t see the section once we are viewing a submission.
Did anyone find a way ?
