How to Upgrade OJS from 2.4.6.0 to 3.0.2

Dear Team, First of all congratulations for the new release. Wishing you best of luck. We want to upgrade our OJS from 2.4.6.0 to 3.0.2 but we don’t know how to upgrade it. Kindly guide us and we do not want to loose our uploaded files nor any other data. Simply upgrade version.
