How to update a plugin?

Hello.

I have an update for a plugin of ojs, and i want know how to update using the update button.

Is there any example that I can use?

i´m looking the ojs technical reference, but i haven’t found anything

Hi @ojs,

If the plugin has been packaged properly, you can upload it via the Manager’s “System Plugins” interface. Alternately, if the plugin is already in the system, you should be able to unpack the plugin over top of the old versions somewhere in the plugins/ directory. But it’s best to make sure of compatibility first; what plugin are you working with?

Hi @ojs,

This will require basically a complete overhaul of the plugin. OCS does not support the plugin category that OJS implements for public identifier support.
