The uploaded plugin archive does not contain a folder that corresponds to the plugin name.
When I tried to add a new plugin, there is an error, I am unable to install it, please guide me on how to fix the issue

As a first step, I’d encourage you to search for this error message here on the forum (there are many users who have posted this same error before):
Have a look at some of the advice offered in those posts, and try what is suggested.

As one of the posts suggests, as a next step:
try checking your configuration file to see if the location to your “tar” command line tool is properly specified. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, check the contents of your PHP error log for more details.

@IJBSRR_Journal try installing the plugin from the plugin gallery (Settings > Website > Plugins > Plugin Gallery). This will ensure you install the correct build package for your version.
(The error message you receive usually means you have tried to download the plugin from one of github’s automatic packages. This won’t usually work.)
