I cant use the custom block plugins because it was deleted by me… we need help about it…

If you deleted the blocks from the database you’ll either need to recreate them or restore them from a backup. If you just accidentally deleted the plugin files from the plugins/ directory you can probably get away with putting the code back from the original install file.
