I think that it is the best to upgrade to OJS 3.1.1. and then think what to do since 3.0 is very old and there are several glitches that are fixed in later versions.

I installed OJS 3.1.1 but my issue not resloved. i want to remove the prefix and subtitle fields in submit Article enter meta See image data Untitled-1

The fields are here: https://github.com/pkp/pkp-lib/blob/master/templates/submission/submissionMetadataFormTitleFields.tpl

You could just remove the two fields and everything should work.

Exactly. I Just wanted to direct you that you should use the latest version since you do not need to do changes on version that you have to upgrade as soon as possible.
