How to recover the admin user?

OJS version 2.3.7.0 does not recover the administrator password. How to solve?

Please refer to the following forum post on how to change the administrator password. You need access to your mysql in order to do this.

Hi @pmangahis,
I already made the change through mysql, but OJS reports that the login or password is invalid. And it doesn’t email the password recovery link.
