I need quick support in installing a plugin manually in OJS 3.1. I tried to upload the plugin but it said there is no folder name that is similar to the plugin name or something. I tried to upload the .zip and also the .tar.gz. file but the same still happens. I tried to install it manually through CPANEL but it didn’t work either. I tried to install Matomo and Custom Header plugin. Perhaps, I should know in what folder those plugins should be put? I didn’t find any instructions for this. Please help. Thank you.

I would caution against installing a plugin manually - this can lead to some issues. The preferred and safest way to install a plugin is through the plugin gallery - is there a reason you’re not? What specific version of OJS are you running (e.g. 3.1.1)? Also: please note that 3.1 is no longer supported by PKP. I recommend that you upgrade to the newest version of OJS.
