How to make country field optional during "Add Contributor" using Quick Submit plugin

I m uploading old archives to OJS 3.X version. i m using quick submit plugin for this. but i want to make “country” field optional during “add contributor”

Can you please indicate which specific version of OJS you are using (e.g. 3.3.0-8)?
