How to link to Author Guidelines section?

Dear staff,

In the website setting, For Authors, there is a link to Author Guidelines
Author Guidelines, but when click the “Author Guidelines.” in For Authors in information, it only links to submission page, but not directly anchors to ”Author Guidelines“ section in submission page. I think there are bugs to anchor “Author Guidelines”.
How to solve this problem?

I’ve added a resolution for this at Author guidelines anchor missing · Issue #2476 · pkp/pkp-lib · GitHub – you can apply either of the two patches in the lib/pkp subdirectory. (The two are equivalent, just committed to different branches.)
