How to install new locale (KZ)

Hello dear colleagues

I have a question, how do we can correctly add a new locale to the list of locales and install it?

Now what I have done. I’ve added some strings at registry/locales.xml

also, I downloaded translates from WebLate and put them in the same folders of the project

if someone was faced with that kind of problem, could you please share with me the precise solution?
