How to hide this feature how? Please help, because each of our OJS publishes is disabled by the hosting service provider because it exceeds the hourly email sending limit.
actually it can be unchecked but many editors often forget to uncheck it.
As far as I know, right now there is no way to disable this, but you can hide this field using CSS.
Try it and write again if you don’t find the way.
