Your previous quotes from the PHP error log were good, but didn’t include all the information relevant to the error message. You just need to include a few more lines from the error log around the stack trace (the part that counts up from #0).

As you can see, there’s a message (PHP Fatal error) followed by 8 lines of stack trace (#0 - #7).
Your error log is a little different, since messages containing multiple lines are logged bottom to top, but you can see a similar pattern in yours (stack trace lines #4, #3, #2, #1, #0 in your first post). What’s missing is the Fatal Error line (or similar), which will appear just before or after the #0 stack trace line.
