I have upgraded my OJS. The message below has appeared. So where to find this “config.inc.php” in CPanel.
“Don’t forget to set the “installed” setting in your config.inc.php configuration file back to On”
The file config.inc.php is in your OJS installation’s root.
This is very host-dependent, but in CPanel, look for a file browser, then navigate to your webserver’s document root (perhaps “public_html” or a directory named after the domain/subdomain you used for the install). There should be a folder with the OJS source files which contains config.inc.php.
In your cpanel, select file manager → find public html folder. You see at attached screenshot
