I would like to delete ”table of contents” from issues page.

Hi @alina,
You’ll need to make a template modification to accomplish that. The message you’re looking to remove is in templates/issue/view.tpl.
You might also be able to specify a CSS rule to avoid displaying that element, then upload that style to your journal’s stylesheet upload (journal setup, step 5).
