Dear journal editors,
I received a call from a journal editor having a serious issue.
His journal (https://www.scholarscentral.com/) is being copied by people in India (fake: https://www.scholarscentral.org/), charging for submissions and publishing and causing indexing problems.
Anyone has any ideas on how to deal with this?
