How to create or add the user menu in OJS 3.1?

Hi,
I want to add user menu on right side of the journal.
How can I create the user menu, like see the image?

Hi Gökmen,

In OJS 3.1 the User Block login fields on the right sidebar were replaced with a Login menu item on the top right. If you would like to still have a block for user login, you should be able to enable the Custom Blocks plugin and create a custom block with this functionality. I don’t know how you would code it but you could look at the User Block code from OJS 2.4.8 as an example.
