I am changing the templates files, but there have been no changes on the site. I tried to clean the template cache, reinstall ojs (3.1.2), but the result is the same.
How to correctly modify .tpl files so that the changes are displayed on the site?

Some templates are overridden in themes, so be sure that you’re editing the correct template.

For example, I try to edit templates/frontend/components/primaryNavMenu.tpl
search “child theme”
