Are the the instructions only for journals online?

Hi @Laura_Rahinantti,

I would suggest installing OJS 2.4.6 (the current stable release), not OJS 3.0 alpha. The alpha release is for testing purposes only. If you’re curious about OJS 3.0, we’ll be releasing a beta later in August.
