Describe the issue or problem
An editor is wanting to delete some obsolete article components from the submission workflow, but when going to delete the components we get a pop up that says “Before this component can be deleted, you must associate all related submission files with a different component”. I can’t figure out how to change a submission’s component, though. Is there a way to do this?
