Dear all,
I am kindly writing to you because, with my daily or weekly use of OJS, I am still running in a situation which I have not been able to solve, and for which I would like to kindly ask your opinion and support. For some wrong configuration from my side, which I might put somewhere in the OJS, it now happens in one installation of OJS that the email that new potential reviewer receive when they are inserted by me, are sent with a double signature, one of which I cannot control anywhere. I attach here a screenshot:
Anyone would have a clue on this? I am asking, because in my REVIEWER_REGISTER template email I actually don’t have that double signature, but only the first one. So it means that OJS is adding from somewhere the second added signature, but I can’t figure out from where from.
May anyone help me with this? I would really appreciate any feedback on this.
