I need to dynamic style sheet for my ojs forum . Any one know please guide me how to add the dynamic style sheet . and where i go to link that style sheet

OJS is basically using dynamic style sheets, namely LESS.
One way of adding an own style sheet is to create an own theme, for example a child theme, and add the custom stylesheet there. See CSS/LESS
You can also upload an ordinary css stylesheet from the journal settings, but that is not a dynamic style sheet.
