I want to merge 2 different journals which use OJS 3.02, together.
Is it possible join authors, issues etc ?

To OJS 2.x latest version there is a plugin to do such merging, but it doesn’t support yet OJS3.
What I could suggest you is, if you have a staff member with skills and expertise, adapt code and even make it available to community:
Or, another option, you could import issues, articles and authors with import/export tools, from one journal to other, but perhaps it brings data conflict in some situation that you will need deal with.
