How does it change the image in the header to be like the blue area in the header?

I tried to use the image in the header web ojs, but when diupoad his image becomes small, I want to make his image to be big as in this blue area

You can adjust image with styling it with CSS, but keep in mind that it has to be proportional to header dimensions.
You will need HTML and CSS skills or someone with this knowledge, in case you don’t have it.

An option could be use CSS to style a background image header.

Is your image dimensions in correct proportion to fit with your header? Did you clear your system cache and your browser cache either?

Those are first steps in an approach to troubleshoot your issue.
